Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to browse, configure glass and place an order with us. Our accessibility target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

Using the shop

You can use the Tab key to move between controls, Enter to activate buttons and links, and Space to toggle buttons and checkboxes. Dialogs support Escape to close. You can also enlarge text and use your browser’s zoom controls.

Our current position

We are continuing to improve accessibility and check our customer journeys. A full independent assessment has not yet been completed, so we do not currently claim that every part of the service meets every WCAG requirement. Third-party payment and address controls, and downloadable documents, require additional checks.

If you have difficulty using any part of the shop, contact us for assistance. Tell us which page or step caused the problem, what you were trying to do, and how you would prefer us to reply. If possible, include your browser and any assistive technology you use.
