Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in our configured delivery zones across the UK. If your postcode is outside our delivery area, the checkout will tell you and offer free collection from our factory instead.
Lead times
Made-to-measure orders go into production after the 30-minute review window expires. The estimated date shown at checkout and on your order confirmation is generated from our live manufacturing schedule and, for deliveries, the service available for your postcode. We will tell you promptly if a longer lead time arises.
How delivery happens
- Glass units are fragile and heavy — deliveries are made by our own team or a specialist glass courier, and someone must be available at the address to receive and check the unit.
- We email you a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
- If you are not in when the courier attempts delivery, you will receive a card with instructions for redelivery or collection.
Collection
If you choose collection, your order will be ready by the date shown on your confirmation, from 2pm on that day. Collection address: UNIT 1, 115 RIVER ROAD BALMORAL, TRADING ESTATE BARKING, IG11 0EG. Hours: Monday–Friday 8am–5pm. Please bring your order number. A nominated third party may collect on your behalf — they will need your order number.
What to do on receipt
- Inspect the unit before signing for it.
- Check the dimensions and specification against your order confirmation.
- If anything is damaged or wrong, follow the steps in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Late or missing deliveries
Please contact us at sales@glazie.co.uk if your order has not arrived by the estimated date. Where a delay is our fault or the courier's fault we will arrange redelivery at our cost.
