These terms govern your purchase of goods from Glazie Ltd trading as [TRADING_NAME] via the website (the "website"). Please read them carefully — by placing an order you agree to them.

2. Definitions
"Order" means a request to buy goods from us, accepted by us under section 4.
"Review Window" has the meaning given in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
"Goods" means the made-to-measure sealed glass units (and any optional extras) configured by you on the website.
3. How orders are placed
- You configure your unit on the website and place an order through our checkout.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of all dimensions and specification choices.
- You will receive an order-confirmation email after payment.
4. When the contract is formed
The contract between you and us is formed when the Review Window for your order expires without cancellation, or when you explicitly approve the order via the review link — whichever is sooner. Until that point you may cancel under the Refund & Cancellation Policy. The Review Window is currently 30 minutes from payment.
5. Price and payment
- Prices are shown on the website at the time of order.
- VAT [is included in / is added to] the prices shown, at the prevailing UK rate. The exact VAT amount appears at checkout and on your invoice.
- Payment is taken in full at checkout via Stripe.
- We are not responsible for prices displayed by third-party caches.
6. Delivery and collection
See our Delivery Policy. Lead times shown at checkout are estimates based on the manufacturing schedule and (for delivery) on the courier's published service. We will tell you promptly if a longer lead time arises.
7. Risk and title
Risk in the Goods passes to you at delivery (or, for collection orders, when the Goods are handed to you or your nominated collector). Title passes when we have received payment in full.
8. Faulty goods and your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for our reporting procedure for faulty or damaged goods.
9. Limitation of liability
