I have read and accept the GLAZIE Supplier Service Agreement (version 1.0), including the order SLAs and quality standards in Schedule 1. I understand seller account closure requires administrator approval and cannot complete while orders, open tickets, disputes or settlement obligations remain.

I have read and accept the GLAZIE Self-Billing Agreement (version 1.0). GLAZIE prepares the VAT invoice for my supplies to GLAZIE and I will not issue my own VAT invoice for them. If I am not VAT registered, I am paid on a settlement statement showing no VAT until I tell GLAZIE otherwise.
I have read and accept the GLAZIE Data Processing Terms (version 1.0). GLAZIE is the controller of customer data and I handle it only to fulfil orders — never for my own marketing, CRM or AI tools — and I delete it when the job is done.
I have read and accept the GLAZIE Customer Non-Solicitation and Non-Circumvention Terms (version 1.0). Customer and delivery information I receive through GLAZIE is for fulfilling and supporting the order only — not for soliciting, quoting, opening direct accounts or otherwise going around GLAZIE with customers it introduced.
