Supplier Service Agreement

I accept the GLAZIE supplier terms, order SLAs and quality standards. I understand seller account closure requires administrator approval and cannot complete while orders, open tickets, disputes or settlement obligations remain.

Self-Billing Agreement

I agree that GLAZIE issues self-billed invoices on my behalf for completed orders.

Data Processing Terms

I accept the data-processing terms covering order and customer data.

Non-Solicitation

I agree not to solicit GLAZIE customers introduced through the platform.

Submitting creates your account but does not open the portal. We will email you the moment a person has reviewed it.

What happens next

Import your price book, draw your zones, set your capacity. Orders start once your list is live.

Why we ask for all this

Your legal name, address and VAT number go straight onto the self-billed invoices we raise for you. If they are wrong, your statements are wrong.

Accreditations are not a requirement to sell. We record them because customers ask, and because the review team wants to know who they are approving.

Nothing here is public

This application goes to the GLAZIE review queue and nowhere else. Your prices, your capacity and your customer list are yours — no other seller on the network can see them.
